Women’s Menstrual Cycle Hygiene Awareness Programme

On Saturday, January 21, 2023, the Department of Sociology hosted a Women's Menstrual Cycle Hygiene Awareness Program. Dr. Nirumapa M., Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, informed the female students about the entire menstrual cycle, including how eggs are produced and fertilisation, and how blood is discharged through the vagina. Mrs. Kavitha J.N. Librarian, has interacted with the students about how many members are menstrual with a 22-day cycle, and symptoms about how we should keep ourselves clean during the Menstrual Cycle.

ಶನಿವಾರ, ಜನವರಿ 21, 2023 ರಂದು, ಸಮಾಜಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯದ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಂಡಾಣು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಫಲೀಕರಣ, ಯೋನಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ರಕ್ತ ಹೊರಸೂಸುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಡಾ.ನಿರುಮಪ ಎಂ. ರವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಕವಿತಾ ಜೆ.ಎನ್. ಗ್ರಂಥಪಾಲಕರು, 22-ದಿನದ ಚಕ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮುಟ್ಟಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾವು ಹೇಗೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದರ ಕುರಿತು ರೋಗಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
