Faculty Development Programme on "How to Prepare an Effective PowerPoint Presentation"

 IQAC had organised a Faculty Development Programme for all the teaching staff on 31-May-2023. The theme of the programme was "How to Prepare an Effective PowerPoint Presentation". The faculty members were given information on How to Effectively use ICT tools for making the lecture more fruitful. Mr. Nandeesh S.C., was the resource person. Dr B.N. Chandrashekar welcomed all the staff members cordially. Resource Person gave insights on using different ICT Tools. Dr. M.K. Manjunatha, Principal and all faculty members were present.

NSS Students Regular Activity by NSS

On 27-05-2023, the cleaning work was undertaken by the NSS  students of our college in our college surroundings. Students participate in this activity with great enthusiasm and food was served to such students.

This cleanliness drive was organized by NSS Programme officer Mr. Bhaskar J and Mr.  Narasimhamurthy P.

One Day Workshop on Competitive Exams

Career Guidance and Placement Cell and Department of History in association with IQAC organised an One Day Workshop on Competitive Exams on 25th May 2023 at 11.00 am. Mr. Shankar Prasad S., Assistant Professor, SMS Jain University and Faculty - IAS BABA. 

Awareness Programme on Computer Literacy - KEONICS

Career Guidance and Placement Cell and Student Welfare Committee in collaboration with IQAC, organized an awareness program on Computer Literacy - KEONICS on 25th May 2023 at 9.30 am. Mr. Lohit M.M., Proprietor of KEONIC, Channarayapatna, on why computer literacy is necessary in the digital age. And he talked about a new course called Corporate Tally, which will help students build a career in the corporate sector.

Raising Awareness of Student Scholarship

On May 24, 2023, at 12 p.m. in 201 Lecture Hall, the Student Welfare Committee organised a Raising Awareness of Student Scholarships Programme for students in collaboration with Institute IQAC. 

Assistant Director of Taluk Social Welfare Department and Resource Person Shankaramurthy H.L. discussed various scholarship opportunities for graduate students, cash awards for deserving students, and the SSP portal for online scholarship applications to the students.

Sharanya, the resource person, provided information on how to apply for both the BCM Scholarship and the BCM Hostel.

Principal Dr. Manjunath M.K. to the students are advised to utilize the scholarship available in the government.

The program's host, Mr. Narsasimhamurthy P., Assistant Professor Department of Commerce extends a warm welcome to the guest. A formal vote of thanks was given by Mr. Sridhar A.N., Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce. Mrs. Chethan D.S. Assistant Professor Department of Geography narrated the program and Ms. Bindu Raj N., Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce offered prayers.
