The formal inaugural session was graced by Dr. Dinamani, Assistant Professor, Maharaja’s College, who delivered the inaugural address. She stated that while art belongs to everyone, only those who adopt it sincerely can gain recognition and success. Arts, she remarked, help in nurturing good character.
Mr. Raghupathi, Inspector, Channarayapatna Urban Police Station, shared valuable suggestions with the students. He cautioned them against addiction to smoking and alcohol, as such habits destroy personality. He urged students to be responsible citizens and remain vigilant against rising cybercrimes. He advised them to be careful while posting on social media, as misuse could harm their reputation. He assured that the police department is always ready to help students in such situations, provided they follow the law.
Later, Swamiji blessed the students with his Ashirvachana. He inspired them with the message that parents’ tears should always be tears of joy, not sorrow. He encouraged students to build self-confidence, cultivate reading habits, and become skill-orientated individuals.
