Salim Ali Birth Anniversary

The department of Zoology organised a Salim Ali Birth Anniversary—Bird Man of India—on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Salim Ali was a very popular ornithologist, naturalist, and photographer. Dr. Nirupama M., HoD of Zoology, has introduced Salim Ali to the students; Mrs. Radhamma K.M. has spoken about his life history; and Suhas, a V Sem student, also spoke about the brief keynote of Salim Ali. The principal, Dr. M.K. Manjunath, spoke about the birds and their nature. Afterwards, watched the Salim Ali life story video.
