On Thursday, December 7, 2023, at the mooring assembly, the Political Science Department and ELC hosted a Voter Awareness Campaign and Voter Registration Programme. G.R. Harish, the chairman of the sweep committee and executive officer of the Taluk Panchayat, said that it is mandatory for everyone participating in the polling process to register their names as well. Everyone over the age of eighteen is eligible to vote, and 2264 young people in the taluk are also eligible to vote, albeit their names have not yet been registered. It was immediately advised that these young people should register their names using the required form and cast mandatory votes in order to choose the best representative. Every year on January 23, Election Commission Foundation Day is observed as National Voter's Day. According to him, everyone must stand up for the nation's social, educational, and political advancement.

Additionally, the usage of VVPAT for voting confirmation and NOTA was explained to the students. Students participated in a hands-on VVPAT voting experience.
