The Department of Commerce organized a guest lecture on Non-Profit Organisation on 5th November 2024. Although the session was organized for the benefit of first semester B.Com, the spoke person Mr. Indresh, HOD & Assistant Professor department of commerce, Government First grade college Channarayaptana have elaborated the secession on provisions under society registration act 1860 for societies and Indian Trust Act 1882 and even he spoke about Significant Accounting principles and policies and also interacted with students about receipts and payment account and other related discussions.
Mr. Narasimahamurthy P., Assistant Professor Department of Commerce, welcomed the gathering and introduced the resource person. The session was held for two hours from 2.pm to 4.00pm in the Seminar hall 201. The session ended with the vote of thanks by Mr. Sridhar A N HOD, Assistant Professor Department of Commerce and all Commerce department faculty members were presented in the program.
