The The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Karnataka State, organized the Rajya puraskar Examination to confer the prestigious Rajya puraskar Award upon eligible Rangers and Rovers who successfully complete the prescribed practical and theoretical assessments. As per the directions of the The Bharat Scouts and Guides Hassan District, a total of five Rangers and two Rovers from our college actively participated in the Rajya puraskar Examination conducted at Kondajji National Park, Davanagere, from 10-02-2026 to 12-02-2026.
During the
three-day camp, the participants underwent rigorous practical tests designed to
assess their proficiency in scouting skills, including camping, pioneering,
first aid, community service, discipline, leadership qualities, and knowledge
of scouting principles. The examination aimed to evaluate their commitment to
the ideals and motto of the Scouts and Guides movement.
We are proud to state that all seven participants successfully
cleared the practical examination with commendable performance. They are
presently awaiting the official declaration of results and the conferment of
the Rajya puraskar Award. Their participation and achievement reflect the
dedication, discipline, and training imparted by our institution and upholds
the spirit of service and leadership promoted by the Bharat Scouts and Guides
movement.
