A Career Guidance and Personality Development titled “Campus to Corporate” was successfully conducted at Sri Adichunchanagiri First Grade College, Channarayapatna, for final-year students. The programme was organised by Mr. Sridhar A. N., Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, who serves as the Coordinator of the Career Guidance and Placement Cell.
The workshop was conducted in association with BSBS – The B School. The session was led by the corporate expert “Krishna Mahankali”, Chief Trainer at BSBS, who has extensive experience in corporate finance, trade finance, treasury, and risk management. The program focused on bridging the gap between campus education and corporate expectations. Key topics covered during the workshop included:
* Career Opportunities for graduates
* Personality Development
* Team Building
* Leadership skills.
During the session, the resource person shared valuable insights about corporate culture, professional behaviour, communication skills, and the competencies required to succeed in the corporate world. The students actively participated in the discussions and activities conducted during the program. Overall, the session was highly beneficial in motivating students and preparing them for future career opportunities in the corporate sector.
