Live Observation of Legislative Assembly and Council Sessions for Academic Learning

On March 10, 2026, the Department of Political Science paid a visit to the Bangalore Legislative Assembly for educational purposes. 4 faculty members, Dr. Nagaraja N.T., Assistant Professor; Mr. Siddarju, Assistant Professor; Mrs. Kavana C K., Assistant Professor; and Mr. Lokesh G S., Assistant Professor, and 50 students participated in the live session. They first took us to the Legislative Assembly, where Mr. U. T. Khadhar was answering MLAs' questions and the Speaker was handling the situation. Next, we went to the Legislative Council, where Dr. Suraj Revana was outlining the reasons why the ruling party had been so successful. 

We then went to the Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technical Museum, where the students enjoyed a lively science lesson.
