The program aimed to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and the importance of skill development for building a strong and self-reliant nation. The event was organised in the presence of respected college faculties, who actively supported and encouraged the initiative. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com streams, with a total of 150 students taking part in the pledge programme. The session began with an introduction to the objectives of both campaigns, emphasising the need for a drug-free society and the role of youth in nation-building through skill enhancement.

Faculty members addressed the students, highlighting the dangers of drug addiction and the importance of discipline, education, and skill development. They motivated students to adopt healthy lifestyles and become responsible citizens.

Following the awareness session, all participants solemnly took a pledge to stay away from drugs and contribute towards the vision of a drug-free India. They also pledged to actively engage in skill development initiatives to support the mission of Kushal Bharat.
