The Department of Physics organized a programme to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Albert Einstein on 14-03-2026. We conducted the event to raise students' awareness about the life, achievements, and scientific contributions of the renowned physicist Albert Einstein.
The programme was held in the presence of Dr. M. K. Manjunath, Principal, Ms. Arpitha H. J., Head of the Department of Physics, Dr. Nirupama M., and Mrs. Kavitha J. N. Their presence encouraged and motivated the students to learn more about scientific discoveries and innovations.
During the programme, students gave presentations explaining important concepts introduced by Einstein, including the Photoelectric Effect and the famous equation E = mc². Students also presented an introduction about Einstein’s life, his contributions to modern physics, and his impact on scientific development.
To add creativity to the program, first- and second-year students prepared scientific rangoli, representing different scientific ideas and concepts.
The programme was informative and inspiring for the students, helping them understand the importance of scientific thinking and the remarkable contributions of Albert Einstein to the field of physics.
