The Department of Commerce organized a “Campus to Corporate” programme on 12.09.2026 for all final-year students. The programme aimed to equip students with the essential knowledge, skills, and professional attitude required to successfully transition from the academic environment to the corporate world.
Mr. Madhusudhan N., Associate Director, Centralized Training & Placement Department, Adichunchanagiri University, B.G. Nagara, served as the resource person. He provided valuable insights into corporate expectations, employability skills, workplace etiquette, communication skills, interview preparation, and career readiness. He emphasized the importance of developing both technical and soft skills to meet the changing demands of the corporate sector.
All final-year students benefited from the programme and gained practical guidance on preparing themselves for employment, interviews, and professional careers. The session was informative and interactive and helped students understand the expectations of employers and the skills required to make a successful transition from campus to corporate life.
