The Youth Red Cross (YRC) Unit of Sri Adichunchanagiri First Grade College organised the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan Pledge Programme on 17th September 2026 at 9:45 a.m. in the Prayer Hall. The programme aimed to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
Mr. P. Narasimhamurthy, Convener of the Youth Red Cross (YRC), led the pledge, which was subsequently repeated by the students and faculty members. The programme emphasised the importance of youth participation in building a healthy, safe, and drug-free society.
